We want to ensure that you have a seamless experience and we want any concerns you may have promptly addressed. That's why we're excited to introduce our new "Transaction Dispute" feature, designed to simplify the process of resolving transaction disputes and providing you with peace of mind.
Why Transaction Disputes Occur: Transaction disputes can occur for various reasons. It could be due to an error by a merchant’s POS terminal provider - a classic case of a debit on your account but the POS returned a “declined” message or an error, unauthorized charges, or even a dispense error at an ATM. Regardless of the reason, boon is committed to helping you resolve these disputes efficiently and effectively.
How the “Transaction Dispute” feature Works: With Boon’s new Transaction Dispute feature, you can easily initiate a dispute process through your online account or mobile app (when it's ready 😉😉).
Here's how it works:
Just like that, the Boon transactions team will get the details of your disputed claims and work steadily towards a resolution. Once the dispute is resolved, the Boon team will communicate the outcome to you. If the dispute is found in your favour, the disputed amount will be credited back to your Boon account. If the dispute is not resolved in your favour, we will provide you with an explanation and any available options for further action
